Mirasma is a hybrid company, with teams working together from our Miami and San Diego offices. We believe there’s real value in being in the room together, so most of our roles are built for people based in either city.

We keep things pretty simple. The process starts with an initial interview so we can get to know you, hear about your experience, and see if the role feels like a good fit.

From there, you’ll meet with members of the team to talk more about the role, get a feel for our culture, and ask any questions you have.

The final step is a conversation with leadership to make sure we’re aligned on expectations, goals, and what success looks like.
